Shipping policy

Payment and Delivery

1) Bank Transfer or EFT (Electronic Funds Transfer)

You can make your payment via bank transfer or EFT to any of our TRY bank accounts provided during the checkout process.

2) Credit Card Payment

You can make payments online using all major credit cards through our website. For online payments, the total amount will be charged to your credit card at the end of your order. In case of possible order cancellations or stock issues, refunds will be processed to your credit card within 3 business days.

3) Order Refunds

In the event that your order is canceled for any reason, LUNA B TEKSTİL TURİZM VE İTHALAT İHRACAT TİCARET ANONİM ŞİRKETİ will refund the product amount to your account and/or credit card within 3 business days. However, you are required to provide your bank account and/or credit card details accurately and completely to our finance department.

4) Delivery

We strive to ship your orders on the same day. For products that require additional time, the shipping duration is 3 business days as stated in the product details. You will be informed in case of any possible delays.

To ensure smooth delivery, please provide an address where you will be available during the day.

Your orders will be processed according to the delivery option selected at checkout. Products are shipped from our Istanbul-based company via a suitable courier service. Once your order is confirmed, it will be handed over to the shipping company within a maximum of 2 (two) business days.

You may contact our customer service for alternative delivery options. Please note that shipping is only available within Turkey.

5) Payment Tracking

If the system is unable to complete the transaction due to any issue, the customer will be notified on the payment page.

If there is any error in the provided address and delivery cannot be completed, the customer will be contacted.

The validity of the email address provided by the customer is confirmed via an automatic email sent after the order is placed.

We are responsible not only to our customers but also to the bank whose credit card system we use regarding the successful completion of the delivery.

Please Note!

If you believe that the package has been damaged during shipment, please open and check it in the presence of the courier representative. If you notice any damage, do not accept the delivery and request a report from the courier company.

Once the product is accepted, it is considered that the shipping company has fulfilled its duty properly.

If the product is damaged:

Please send the report you received to info@lunab.com as soon as possible.

After completing these steps, we will initiate the necessary procedures and ensure that the delivery is repeated as soon as possible.

If you briefly explain the reason for the return in your email, it will help us improve our processes regarding the product.
